S.C. ARL Cluj S.A. disposes of 9 stations for asphalt mixtures MARINI, IMA and LPX modernized (automatic and ecological) with a productivity varying between 45-80 t/hour. The produced mixture is used for the execution of our own works or is delivered to third parties, depending on requirements.

S.C. ARL Cluj S.A. holds its own areas of exploitation for the ballast with 7 stations of sorting and pounding with a productivity above 20 mc/hour transforms it in mineral sorted and pound aggregates. The palette of products depends on requirements.

For the production of cement concretes the company holds five CEDOMAL C51 stations with a productivity of 30 mc/hour.

In order to ensure the complete mobility of the activity of construction and road repairs, S.C. ARL Cluj S.A. has its own auto park, for the shipping with materials necessary for the htransportation of the finite products and the fabrication of asphalt mixtures. The company holds 39 auto-tips with capacities between 16-30 t, 9 bitumen carriers şi 5 cement filler carriers.

The transportation of the personnel at the work site is made by our own means, the company holds 10 special carriers and 10 cars.

S.C. ARL Cluj S.A. disposes of a park of installations capable to execute embankment works, asphalt mixtures laying, bituminous treatments, horizontal marks, composed of:

1. Frontal chargers: CATERPILLAR, STALOWA WOLA, FADROMA;
2. Compacting cylinders: CATERPILLAR, BOMAG;
3. Excavators: KOBELKO, LIEBHER;
4. Autogreders;
5. Asphalt mixture repartitors: MARINI, VOGELE;
6. Asphalt cutter: WIRTGEN;
7. Bulldozers;
8. Treatment set STRASSMAYR (autotank IVECO + gravel repartitor);
9. Road marker HOFMANN H 26 2.

The technical base (stations, installations) is maintained by our own qualified personnel, actionning within mobile teams or in the section of repairs of the installations (S.U.T.).
