


Antrepriza Reparaţii şi Lucrări was born in 1994 as an independent unit from the administrative point of view, but without juridical personality, being subordinated to the Regional Direction of Roads and bridges of Cluj, taking since the beginning the organizational structure destined to the construction of roads. The company was born by the re-organization of the National Administration of the Roads – the Regional Direction of Roads and Bridges of Cluj in 1997. The main activity is 4523 – *Motorway, roads, airport roads and sport bases*.		The trade company "Antrepriza Reparaţii şi Lucrări - A.R.L. Cluj" S.A. has as object of activity: - all the forms of constructions of roads and bridges repairs and maintenance; - the construction of roads, bridges, road and metro tunnels, including collateral works; - production and sale of concrete products; - production and sale of asphalt and bituminous products; - winter maintenance and emergency operations; - Rent and sale of working equipments and units; Structure of the personnel: - Managerial collective 2 - Functional management 15 - Working personnel 336 - Technical and administrative personnel 77
The company covers a large geographical area, from Transilvania, having production bases in seven counties, equipped with performant installations and qualified personnel, which conger the company a flexible and efficient presence in the more and more concurrent environment on the market. The activity of the company is organized on seven production sites, so that the main materials (aggregates, asphalt mixtures and cement concretes) needed for the road construction are produced in our own production bases: 1. The site of Cluj is composed of the bases: Sânnicoara, Teiuş; 2. The site of Baia Mare is composed of the bases: Baia Mare, Satu Mare, Sighet; 3. The site of Bistriţa is composed of the bases: Salva, Sărăţel, Mogoşeni; 4. The site of Oradea is composed of the bases: Oradea, Ştei; 5. The site of Zalău is composed of the bases: Zalău (Crişeni), Românaşi, Glod; 6. The section of equipments and transportation of Cluj – S.U.T. Cluj. S.C. ARL Cluj S.A. has executed reinforcement works of the road system, asphalt layers, road bituminous treatments, support walls, small bridges, horizontal road markers, repairs after calamities (road system, support walls, embankments, small bridges), hydroinsulations, and reconditionning of terrestrial communication ways, bridges, road maintenance, shore defense, and watercourses regulations. In the late years the company executed in the area of DRDP Cluj 1.500 thousand sq. m. bituminous treatments, 27 km of asphalt layers on two layers DN 1C, DN 18, DN 19, DN 79, road system rehabilitation 23 km on DN 19, consolidation of slopes by soppurt walls, 2.900 m on DN 17C, DN 74 şi DN 1H. The company also executed works in other areas, such as: horizontal roadmarks on DN 2 and bituminous road treatments on DN 13. S.C. ARL Cluj S.A. executes general and specialized transportation services, car and equipment repairs, as well as delivery of pre-fabricated elements, cement concrete mixtures, asphalt mixtures, aggregates (ballast, gravel, sand and pound gravel). The average turnover in the last three years is over € Mil. 7.5.
